Terms and conditions prize draw entry to win a weekend break in the new VW Golf and a 5 star luxury hotel July & August 09
1.    The prize draw is open to all European residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Europcar or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter. Simply fill in all the details in the appropriate boxes and select submit to be automatically entered.
2.     The prize draw runs between 01/07/09 and 31/08/09.
3.    Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties, any such entry would be invalid.
4.    Final date for receipt of entries is 31/08/09. Entries received after this time will not be entered.
5.    Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
6.    The prize draw will take place under independent supervision on 01/09/09 five entries will be chosen and notified by 14/09/09.
7.    The prize consists of a weekend break in the new VW Golf and a 5 star luxury hotel for 2. Prize must be taken by 01/05/10. Offer subject to availability and cannot be exchange for cash or transferred.
8.    Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and entry into the promotion is deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9.    The promoter can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse entries which fail to arrive by the closing date.
10.    If any circumstances outside the promoter's control mean that the prize advertised is not available, the promoter has the right to provide a prize of equivalent or greater value.
